1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the winbeat platform and its users. These terms apply automatically whenever you use winbeat's website, mobile application or any other channel.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account and use winbeat's services, the following conditions must be met:

• The user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. All casino and betting activities are permitted only for persons aged 21 and above.
• The user must be able to manage their account independently and of their own free will.
• The user must confirm that participating in this type of gaming activity is legally permitted from their location or place of residence.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when opening an account at winbeat. Name, date of birth, mobile number and email address must all be entered correctly. winbeat reserves the right to close any account registered with false or incorrect information at any time and to forfeit any funds held in that account.

3.2 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact winbeat support immediately.

• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, email address or mobile number is prohibited.
• Full responsibility for the account lies with the registered user.
• OTP or verification codes should not be shared with anyone.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

winbeat may at any time request a national identity card or other government-issued document to verify a user's identity. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. How verification information is stored and used is explained in detail in our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Funds can currently be deposited at winbeat via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions

• It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or mobile numbers are not permitted.
• In cases of suspicious or unusual transactions, winbeat reserves the right to hold a payment until verification is complete.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details).
• Identity verification for the account linked to a withdrawal request must be completed before the withdrawal is processed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

winbeat offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, a bonus of ৳1,000 is added for a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw that bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

winbeat's regular promotions are available under these terms:

• winbeat Weekly Reload Bonus: 20% bonus on any deposit each week, up to ৳4,000, wagering 18x, minimum deposit ৳100.
• winbeat Slot Festival Bonus: 50% bonus on deposits for slot games, up to ৳6,000, wagering 25x, claimable once per day, minimum deposit ৳100.
• winbeat Cricket Win Gift: 30% bonus on deposits for cricket or sports betting, up to ৳5,000, wagering 20x, once per week, minimum deposit ৳100.
• winbeat Birthday Special Reward: Up to ৳1,500 reward once per year on your registered birthday, wagering 15x.
• winbeat Refer a Friend Reward: Up to ৳2,000 reward for each successful referral, wagering 10x.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• It is the user's responsibility to read the specific terms of the relevant offer before claiming a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• winbeat reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspicious or abusive bonus claims.
• Bonus funds are never treated as cash — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is fulfilled.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Conditions

All betting and gaming activities on winbeat are conducted on the basis of fair play. Cheating, the use of software assistance or any other unfair method of play is strictly prohibited.

• In sports betting, bets are not accepted after the result of a match has been determined.
• winbeat reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If a game or match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• winbeat may set a maximum win limit on any single bet.

6.2 Live Betting

winbeat is not responsible for any delay in placing or cancelling a live bet caused by internet connection issues or technical interruptions. Check your betting history to confirm whether a live bet has been accepted.

6.3 Casino Games

The outcome of all casino games is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each round is completely independent and not influenced by any previous result.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on winbeat:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Deliberately exploiting the bonus system (bonus hunting or bonus abuse).
• Placing bets or playing games through automated bots.
• Unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
• Using system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using an account for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Impersonating winbeat staff.
• Contacting the support team with threats, harassment or abusive language.

If any of these prohibitions are violated, the account will be closed immediately and all funds and bonuses held in the account may be forfeited.

8 Account Closure

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

A user who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact support via winbeat's live chat or email. Any withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed; however, any bonus funds for which the wagering requirement has not been met will be cancelled.

8.2 Closure by winbeat

winbeat may close or suspend an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• A breach of these terms and conditions is established.
• Evidence is found that registration was completed with false information.

• The user fails to cooperate with identity verification.
• It is required for legal or regulatory reasons.

9 Limitation of Liability

winbeat endeavours to provide its services as uninterrupted as possible. However, winbeat accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss on bets or games caused by internet disconnection, power outages or issues relating to the user's device.
• Technical problems caused by third-party servers or software.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to an account where the user has failed to keep their login credentials adequately secure.
• Loss caused by the suspension or discontinuation of services for governmental or legal reasons.

Under no circumstances will winbeat be liable for indirect or consequential losses beyond actual damages.
